Thirty years ago, in the by-lanes of Bhopal, TaanaBaana began not as a store, but as a loom.
Long before we opened our showroom's doors, we were weavers first — hands that understood yarn, dye, and the patience it takes to turn thread into heirloom.
That's where our name comes from: Taana and Baana, the warp and weft — the two threads that cross to become a saree. It is the oldest, simplest description of our craft, and after three decades, still the truest one.
